Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone and chat.
- Assist customers with online and mobile banking services.
- Help with password resets, login issues, enrollments, and account access.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to digital banking platforms.
- Answer questions regarding banking products and services.
- Document customer interactions and escape issues when needed.
