You'll manage production cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS), IaC (Terraform), and observability tools, while participating in on‑call rotations to keep services reliable.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles within an enterprise or multi‑team environment.
• Hands‑on experience with production cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerized/orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes/EKS).
• Experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) workflows (e.g., Terraform).
• Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Demonstrated observability experience (Datadog, Splunk, Grafana).
• Familiarity with Jira or ServiceNow for work management and cross‑functional coordination.
• A focus on service reliability, runbooks, and operational excellence.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation.
• Support the reliability, scalability, and performance of development and production environments.
• Improve developer workflows through automation, tooling, and documentation.
• Contribute to observability efforts, including monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and incident response.
• Partner with software engineers and platform teams to troubleshoot issues and improve delivery processes.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and help resolve operational incidents.
• Help maintain infrastructure standards, security practices, and operational runbooks.
• Support cost‑conscious engineering through efficient infrastructure usage and tagging practices.
