Qualifications

• Hands-on DevOps/Platform experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with production cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and container orchestration.
• Experience with IaC workflows (Terraform) and environment-specific configurations.
• Experience building/maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Strong experience with observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, Grafana) and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation.
• Support reliability, scalability, and performance of development and production environments.
• Improve developer workflows through automation, tooling, and documentation.
• Contribute to observability efforts, including monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and incident response.
• Partner with software engineers to troubleshoot issues and improve delivery processes.
• Participate in on-call rotations and help resolve operational incidents.
• Help maintain infrastructure standards, security practices, and runbooks.
• Support cost-conscious engineering through efficient infrastructure usage and tagging practices.
