Job summary

Smart Eye Aktiebolag (publ) is seeking a Customer Integration Engineer to support projects as part of the development team. You will engage with customers, manufacturing sites, and global teams, acting as the primary Smart Eye representative at customer sites in the Detroit area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools (Excel, Teams, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Lead Design Release Engineer to define requirements and verify performance.
• Independently work at customer sites, reporting to the Project Manager/Technical Project Lead and Lead DRE.
• Address and resolve issues on component specifications with requirement owners.
• Contribute to system integration issue resolution and verify incidents through testing.
• Prepare and present responses to action items and maintain team communication.
• Coordinate time on test vehicles to ensure subsystem compliance with requirements.
• Perform software reflashes when updates are released.
• Support simulator/bench and vehicle testing as required.
• Coordinate creation of customer test plans and communicate program timing.
