Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Business and/or Finance preferred.
• 2-year experience in accounts payable/receivable, preferably in property management.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Daily filings of cash receipts and bank deposits.
• Run and print daily bank reports.
• Process payables and verify payments from tenants.
• Reconcile accounts and assist with admin duties.
• Collaborate with property managers to resolve payment issues.
