Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, VPN, and authentication issues.
• Provide onsite Windows 11 and MS 365 support and escalate when needed.
• Document incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow.
