Qualifications

• 3+ years of desktop, deskside, or Level II IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.
• Understanding of TCP/IP and basic networking.
• Experience with printers, peripherals, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level II deskside support for Windows devices and peripherals.
• Image, configure, deploy, and maintain IT devices and assets.
• Manage incidents and requests, meeting SLAs.
• Collaborate with remote IT/network teams and support site leadership.
