Everforth Apex Systems in Minnesota is seeking a Desktop Support technician to provide in-person, walk-up IT support for employees. You will handle devices, OS, productivity apps, and meeting room A/V, triage incidents, and contribute to knowledge base.

This onsite role requires strong customer service, experience with Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and willingness to visit both St. Paul and Eagan locations. Join a team that values collaboration, learning, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of in-person end-user tech support in service desk.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS devices and software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft productivity apps.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to visit St. Paul and Eagan locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide walk-up and scheduled in-person support for associates.
• Explain technical issues in user-friendly language and deliver a professional service.
• Support Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices and accessories.
• Troubleshoot devices, printers, and peripherals; manage assets.
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and other apps.
