Cognizant is seeking a Desktop Engineer Intern to deliver hands-on, onsite IT support that keeps end users productive and devices running smoothly at Cognizant offices. This role will be based onsite in Hooksett, NH, with a focus on desktops, printers, and SOP updates.

The internship lasts 9 months to 1 year, starting October 2026, at an hourly rate of $25. Part-time, 20 hours per week, is required, and travel between HQ and Retail locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• Currently attending a 2-year or 4-year accredited college or university pursuing a STEM major.
• Available to work part-time, 20 hours per week onsite.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between the HQ (14 Central Park Dr, Hooksett) and Retail locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite hardware-related support for desktops and laptops.
• Support printers and peripheral devices onsite, including label and receipt printers.
• Configure new devices and update SOPs and knowledge base.
• Review and create SOPs for new processes.
