Job summary

Soroc Technology is seeking an on-site Deskside Support specialist in Charlotte, NC, to provide first-level technical assistance to bank employees and contractors. The role focuses on hardware, software, and device support with an emphasis on rapid resolution and customer service.

Candidate should bring 2–4 years of experience, CompTIA A+ certification, and solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps. This position is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

Face to face support experience (Deskside Support) required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules based on business forecast requirements.
Above average computing and navigational skills.
Experience with ticketing systems.
Team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 0365 products (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote and PowerPoint).
2-4 years experience.
CompTIA A+ certification.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite support to employees and contractors for technical issues (applications, software, devices and hardware).
Ensure high level of service delivery per bank’s framework and policies.
Educate end users on hardware, software and access request processes.
Resolve incidents timely while prioritizing client satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware issues; repair laptops and desktops.
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement; provide feedback.
Identify and escalate wide-impact issues or outages.
