Regal Rexnord’s West Chester site seeks a Design Engineer to join Micro-Motion’s US R&D team, as part of the Sustaining Engineering group. You will support existing product lines used in medical devices, aerospace, and other industries, focusing on technical problem solving and ECO facilitation.

This role reports to the Sustaining Engineering Manager in West Chester, PA. The position emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and delivering design improvements in a fast-paced

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing or design experience.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and process improvement tools.
• Experience with electric motors or precision rotating equipment preferred.
• Experience with QS and ISO requirements is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support existing products.
• Facilitate change requests, including Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality on technical problem-solving initiatives to improve design.
• Support customer RMA analysis to provide sustainable solutions.
• Interact with Application Engineering and customers to ensure design solutions meet expectations.
• Support VAVE initiatives to control cost.
