You will assist the Program Manager with planning, staffing, and coordinating project activities, while ensuring contract compliance and effective client communication. The position requires strong administrative and leadership abilities and a commitment to timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager to effectively plan, organize, and manage all employees
• Provide day-to-day administrative direction and assign staff personnel to shifts or functions
• Monitor staff workload per labor category to ensure contract compliance
• Establish or improve procedures and controls
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and client contact
• Assist the Program Manager with day-to-day matters, including providing the COR with status reports
• Handle disciplinary matters and sign papers/documents on behalf of the Contractor
• Assist with conducting staff meetings and maintain time and attendance records
