Responsibilities

• Meet with customer analysts to understand critical questions and locate pain points.
• Identify relevant datasets and work with engineers to integrate data.
• Build bespoke workflows for new user groups and lead training sessions.
• Present results and proposals to various audiences.
• Integrate field observations into product offerings.
