Job summary

Palantir Technologies seeks a Deployment Strategist to deploy data-driven software with engineers, designers, and client teams. You will translate complex workflows and data into actionable product requirements to drive impact for partners.

You will travel 25–75% and collaborate across Palantir’s product landscape, delivering bespoke workflows, trainings, and demos to diverse customers. A strong analytical mindset and customer empathy are essential.

Qualifications

• Active US security clearance at or above the Secret level.
• Ability to travel 25–75%; varies by location and team.
• Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (Python, R, Matlab, SQL) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Go onsite and meet with customer analysts to understand the critical questions and pain points.
• Identify relevant datasets and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into a pipeline.
• Build bespoke workflows for new user groups with customers.
• Lead training sessions to ensure product meets user needs and is widely adopted.
• Present results and future work proposals to analysts and executives.
• Embed with Engineering and Product Design teams to inform cross-Palantir offerings.
• Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers.
• Scope out engagements in new industries and locations worldwide.
