Job summary

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Readiness & Resource Manager to join our team at Scott AFB, IL. The role supports the DCRIOS II contract, working closely with DoD staff to ensure readiness and deployment coordination for military personnel.

The position is onsite at Scott AFB with responsibilities spanning reporting systems, schedule management, and deployment processing coordination. Excellent communication and independent work skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required or current eligibility.
• Experience with defense readiness reporting systems and related tools.
• Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the squadron's Defense Readiness Reporting System and related planning and reporting tasks.
• Monitor and maintain crew and mission schedules using JCC2-R or customer systems.
• Facilitate readiness of personnel and ensure deployment readiness documentation.
• Coordinate deployment tasks with team leadership upon mission tasking.
