Job summary

Insight Global is hiring as a TSSCI Readiness Program Analyst (DRRS) to support a newly awarded DoD program at Fort Meade. The role focuses on mission readiness reporting, training management, and operational planning, developing METs/METLs, and aligning training objectives with mission requirements.

The ideal candidate has a TSSCI clearance, 5+ years of DoD-related experience, and DRRS proficiency to assess readiness, identify gaps, and present executive-level briefings and actionable

Qualifications

• Active TSSCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4–8 years of relevant experience.
• IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, CND, GSEC, SSCP, or GICSP).
• 5+ years supporting DoD operations or related programs.
• Hands-on DRRS experience.
• Experience developing METs and METLs.
• Experience briefing senior leadership.
• Ability to identify gaps and propose corrective actions.

• Support mission readiness reporting and executive-level briefings.
• Manage training programs and operational planning initiatives.
• Develop METs and METLs aligned with mission requirements.
• Assess readiness, evaluate capability, and identify performance gaps.
