i3logix, Inc. in Denver, CO seeks a Documents and Collection Site Management (DCSM) Specialist to maintain accurate records for collection sites, donors, and clients in our proprietary system.

This entry-level role involves collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, including Occupational Health Clinic networks, labs, and facilities. You will process documents, create test cases in the system, and perform data entry with exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, M-F shift.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office 365.
• Strong keyboarding and 10-key abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle and organize large volumes of information to ensure timely workflow.
• Review and process documents, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email for department tasks.
• Process received documents and create cases in the i3screen platform.
• Meet turnaround time expectations in line with company standards.
• Communicate and respond to all customer email requests.
• Establish and manage accounts with collection sites on behalf of clients.
• Provide pricing details to clients clearly and accurately.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
