Qualifications

• Relevant certifications or licenses for insurance verification tasks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide concise patient and prescription information in accordance with HIPAA, without customer contact.
• Perform data entry, mail opening, organizing correspondence, and entering receipts into the internal system.
• Assist with verifying insurance coverage for new and existing patients and understanding related concepts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient account profiles and referral sources.
