Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Workplace Site Coordinator for our data center construction sites. You will support daily operations, coordinate logistics, and ensure a safe, organized workplace for employees and visitors.

The role requires 2–4+ years in office coordination, hospitality, or administrative support and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. You will work closely with the Workplace Operations Manager to manage inventory, onboarding, and site services while maintaining Crusoe brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in office coordination, hospitality, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to interact with employees, contractors, and external partners to create a welcoming office environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports office supply ordering, inventory tracking, and organization of shared spaces.
• Assists with meeting logistics, food orders, and internal event setup.
• Acts as primary point of contact for Crusoe staff and onsite visitors; coordinates PPE distribution and workplace readiness.
• Manages onboarding for contractors and visitors (badges, site orientation, compliance checks).
• Coordinates site tours for internal and external stakeholders; liaises with vendors for deliveries, catering, and janitorial services.
• Tracks daily operational activities and escalates issues to the Operations Manager as needed.
