Job summary

Crusoe Energy is seeking a highly organized Workplace Site Coordinator to support daily operational needs at the data center construction site. This in-person role keeps the site safe, efficient, and well-organized by coordinating logistics, vendor services, supplies, and employee support.

You will work closely with the Workplace Operations Manager to support office operations, events, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, construction support, or facilities coordination.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees, contractors, and external partners and create a welcoming atmosphere in the office.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to take initiative and problem solve on the spot.

Responsibilities

• Supports office supply ordering, inventory tracking, and organization of shared spaces.
• Assists with meeting logistics and coordination, food orders, and internal event setup.
• Acts as the point of contact for facilitating essential communication and job specific forms for all Crusoe staff and onsite GC and Primes.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for all Crusoe visitors and Crusoe new hires onsite.
• Manage PPE distribution, supply tracking, and workplace readiness (meeting spaces, break areas, signage).
• Assist with onboarding processes for contractors and visitors (badges, site orientation, compliance checks).
• Coordinate site tours for internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with vendors for deliveries, catering, janitorial, and other on‑site services.
• Support health, safety, and environmental initiatives (signage, compliance checks, reporting hazards).
• Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure seamless site execution.
