Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Data Center Security Installation Superintendent to lead on-site electronic security projects in Haskell, Texas. You will coordinate crews, schedules, safety, and documentation, ensuring delivery within scope and budget.

As part of the Security and Electronic Systems unit, you will drive quality control, implement PITCO testing, and collaborate with engineers to optimize prefab processes while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in installation, integration and testing of electronic security projects.
• Experience leading security projects valued at more than $500k.
• At least two years’ experience managing security projects as PM, Superintendent, or Foreman.
• Experience with conduit/wiring, head end programming, and VMS.
• Proficiency with CPM scheduling, planning, and cost control.
• Flexible schedule including nights/weekends.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site data center security installations to ensure quality and safety.
• Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, and site safety compliance.
• Manage material and labor planning with 4+ week look-ahead forecasts.
• Maintain communications with project stakeholders and update documentation.
• Lead safety reviews, permit filings, and incident reporting.
• Oversee cabling, racks, and building out security rooms per standards.
• Collaborate with engineers on prefab plans and pre-fabrication timelines.
