Morley Moss, Inc is seeking a Site Safety Lead in Dallas, TX to serve as the primary safety professional on a project, guiding and mentoring Safety Coordinators while ensuring OSHA and customer requirements are met. You will lead safety program development, routine site inspections, and incident investigations to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently on complex commercial, industrial, or data center

Formación

• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Experience supporting large commercial, industrial, data center, or manufacturing projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA Construction Standards (29 CFR 1926).
• Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide guidance to project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the lead safety representative for assigned project(s).
• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific safety programs.
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and assessments.
• Lead incident, injury, property damage, and near-miss investigations.
• Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and develop corrective action plans.
• Ensure corrective actions are completed and documented.
• Review and monitor JHAs, AHAs, EEWPs, LOTO procedures, and other safety documentation.
• Participate in customer, GC, owner, and contractor safety meetings.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to Safety Coordinators and field personnel.
• Identify trends through leading and lagging indicators and implement proactive solutions.
• Assist project leadership with planning high-risk work activities.
• Coordinate emergency response planning and incident communications.
• Support OSHA inspections and third-party audits.
• Promote a positive safety culture through employee engagement and field presence.
• Maintain accurate project safety documentation and reporting.
