Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of safety experience, preferably in construction.
• Data center construction experience is a plus.
• Active OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety audits and inspections on the project site and identify hazards.
• Educate the project team through training and mentoring.
• Identify safety improvements and perform training.
• Investigate incidents and assist with claims management.
• Participate in creating the project safety plan.
• Maintain safety documentation and permits.
• Analyze safety performance and recommend improvements.
• Serve as safety resource in staff meetings and committees.
• Ensure PPE is maintained and inspected per regulations.
