Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in construction management, business, operations, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers and technical leads in coordinating Special Projects construction activities across assigned sites or workstreams.
• Maintain project schedules, action registers, meeting notes, issue logs, risk trackers, decision logs, and documentation repositories.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, follow-ups, owner assignments, and status updates with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and site stakeholders.
• Track submittals, closeout documents, commissioning evidence, punch lists, turnover requirements, and operational handoff materials.
• Support readiness reviews by gathering updates from Construction, Engineering, Operations, Commissioning, Procurement, and vendors.
• Prepare concise project status summaries, milestone updates, blocker reports, and leadership-ready action lists.
• Monitor open items to ensure accountable owners, due dates, dependencies, and escalation paths remain clear.
• Assist with procurement tracking, vendor coordination, access requests, logistics, site visit planning, and document routing.
• Help ensure project records support audit readiness, warranty tracking, asset onboarding, safety expectations, and handoff discipline.
• Identify recurring process gaps and recommend improvements to templates, trackers, meeting cadence, and documentation standards.
• Support multiple concurrent projects while maintaining accurate records and timely communication.
• Reinforce safety, access-control, and active-site protocols when coordinating project activities.
