Job summary

Oracle Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a data center construction program across multiple projects. The role involves collecting updates, maintaining trackers, coordinating meetings, and ensuring actions are tracked to completion.

You will work under the Senior Director, escalate issues, and help standardize project documentation. This position requires strong organization and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists in creating detailed program plans with timelines and milestones; identifies risks and blockers.
• Monitors progress against plans to meet schedules, resources, and KPI targets.
• Provides regular status updates to Senior Director and Construction Managers; escalates issues promptly.
• Develops and implements standards for documentation, SOPs, and communication materials.
• Identifies process improvements and makes recommendations to Program leadership.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains program trackers with milestones, staffing, and deliverables.
• Collects and organizes project updates for recurring reports; follows up on gaps.
• Prepares meeting agendas, records decisions, and tracks due dates.
• Supports kickoff and planning activities by organizing contacts, documents, and checklists.
• Coordinates across projects to confirm priorities and inputs; manages punch lists and closeout trackers.
• Organizes commissioning and turnover documentation for review; participates in site visits and notes observations.
