Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead large-scale data center construction projects onsite in Sidney, OH. The role carries full accountability for safety, schedule, cost, quality, and contract compliance from inception through closeout, with strong leadership of project teams, subcontractors, and engineers.

This contract-to-hire position offers a pay range of $55.00-$90.00 per hour, per diem for travelers, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large construction projects with a value of $30M+.
• Strong expertise in project controls, scheduling, and cost reporting.
• Experience with change orders and RFIs in complex contracts.
• Proficiency in cost analysis and financial forecasting for construction.
• Experience with data center projects and working in a global GC context.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project safety plan with sites leadership.
• Establish project controls and procedures to manage complex requirements.
• Manage financial forecast, billing, and remedies when variances occur.
• Create and manage quality and closeout plans aligned with contract docs.
• Lead CPM scheduling and identify schedule risks early.
• Oversee cost control, change orders, RFIs, and cost reporting.
• Collaborate with clients, subs, and internal stakeholders on objectives.
