Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across multiple data center/hyperscale projects with Project Managers.
• Manage project documentation, schedules, materials, and communications.
• Assist staffing and resource planning as directed.
• Serve as primary/secondary contact for customers through the project lifecycle.
• Supervise and coordinate PMA team activities and workload balance.
• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare project submittals and closeout packages.
• Maintain project files, contracts, plans, reports, trackers, and databases.
• Support purchasing, vendor coordination, and order tracking for long-lead equipment.
• Assist with change orders, reporting, and operational tracking.
