STN, Inc. is seeking a Site Operations Manager in Orangeburg, SC to lead data center operations and safety compliance. You will manage maintenance, incident response, vendor relations, and capacity planning to ensure high availability and secure, scalable infrastructure.

You will oversee critical facilities, drive continuous improvement, and mentor a reliable operations team in a fast-paced, security-focused environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in critical facilities, data center operations, or mission-critical environments.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical infrastructure in a data center.
• Experience managing preventive maintenance programs and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of safety programs including LOTO, electrical safety, and permit-to-work systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day data center operations to ensure uptime and reliability of critical infrastructure.
• Lead site operations personnel including hiring, training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Establish and maintain operational procedures, policies, and best practices.
• Serve as escalation point for incidents and operational issues.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of critical systems (Electrical, UPS, Generators, Switchgear, HVAC, Fire systems, BMS, environmental monitoring).
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance per schedules.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis, and develop corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs related to uptime, maintenance, and efficiency.
• Ensure safety compliance (OSHA, safety policies) and audits.
