STN, Inc. is seeking a Data Center & Site Operations Manager to lead physical infrastructure delivery and ongoing operational readiness across global data centers.

You will bridge Day 1 rack-and-stack execution with Day 2 lifecycle management, guiding expansions, migrations, and continuous optimization. The role requires strong program management, deployment operations expertise, and cross-functional leadership to ensure high availability, scalable deployment across regions, and successful

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in data center operations, infrastructure deployment, or related field.
• Experience managing large-scale global infrastructure deployment programs.
• Hands-on Day 1 site build-out and rack-and-stack turnover into live operations.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure including compute/server, network, cabling, power/cooling, hardware lifecycle.
• Experience with change management and operational governance processes.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional global teams and vendors.
• Strong project/program management skills with multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute Day 1 deployments, ensuring hardware delivery meets standards.
• Lead Day 2 deployments across global sites including expansions, migrations, and upgrades.
• Coordinate deployment execution for compute, storage, networking, cabling, and infrastructure changes.
• Manage deployment schedules, timelines, and resource planning across multiple projects.
• Drive operational readiness and turnover from construction into live operations.
• Oversee change implementation to minimize risk and disruption.
• Establish deployment processes, SOPs, and playbooks for Day 1 and Day 2.
• Partner with capacity planning to support scaling.
