Job summary

Roblox is seeking an On‑Site Asset Management Specialist to join the Infrastructure Asset Management team in the Phoenix Data Center region. You will track and inventory data center assets from receipt to end of life, ensuring SOX compliance and audit readiness.

Work with Data Center Operations, Accounting, Procurement and vendors, manage asset tagging, 3‑way matching in the financial system, perform annual audits, and train new teammates while coordinating cross‑site logistics.

Qualifications

• BA/BS (Preferred) or experienced, with minimum 5+ years’ experience in Logistics, Warehouse and/or Data Center Asset Management
• Detail oriented and have excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and vendors
• Able to handle changing priorities
• Computer savvy with strong working knowledge of spreadsheet software

Responsibilities

• Track and inventory data center assets from Receipt through End of Life, ensuring 3‑way matches
• Oversee asset tagging standards and distribution of asset tags
• Establish and maintain component inventory tracking processes
• Perform annual asset audits for SOX control compliance
• Train new On‑Site Asset Management team members
• Coordinate logistics planning with vendors for on‑site receipts/deliveries across sites
• Document runbooks, SOPs, and guidelines to ensure process effectiveness
