Job summary

Thales Group in Salt Lake City is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to manage spares and repairs, process quotations and orders, and maintain accurate records. This onsite role emphasizes exceptional service and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years in customer-facing operations, strong communication skills, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, order management, sales support, repair administration, or related operations.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service with strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding spares, repairs, quotations, orders, and repair estimates.
• Process quotations, sales orders, RMAs/MRAs, and repair transactions in the ERP/MRP system.
• Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and Accounting to support order fulfillment and issue resolution.
