Applicants should have 3-4 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills (Versant ≥ 65 / CEFR C1), and the ability to troubleshoot and own issues. Shift-hopping flexibility is required for a 24x7 operation.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and logical reasoning abilities.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience, ride-sharing context preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills (Versant ≥ 65 or CEFR C1).
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively and take ownership.
• Flexible to work in shifts in a 24x7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls, chats and emails for clients and customers.
• Provide guidance to drivers via phone for maintenance requests.
• Monitor vehicle alerts and submit work orders as needed.
• Draft clear messages aligning with the client's voice across channels.
• Manage case creation, prioritization and escalation when needed.
• Meet quality, performance SLAs and shift adherence.
