Job summary

Cognizant is hiring a German-Speaking Call Center Agent for an onsite role in Mesa, AZ. The position handles calls, chats and emails for clients, resolves inquiries, manages complaints, and ensures professional, high-quality interactions in German and English.

You will use ticketing systems and CRM tools, monitor vehicle-related alerts, escalate when needed, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the client services. This is a fully onsite job in Mesa, with shift-based hours in a 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
• Ambitious, energetic, with a drive for first-time resolution.
• 3-4 years in customer service, ride-sharing or automotive preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written communication (CEFR C1).
• Proficient in handling calls, chats, emails with quality care.
• Willing to work in shifts in a 24x7 atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Address issues via ticketing systems, chat, email or phone.
• Provide guidance to drivers via phone for maintenance requests.
• Monitor and escalate issues appropriately using internal CRM.
• Meet quality, performance SLAs and shift adherence.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client self-driving tech and services.
