Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of call center customer service experience.
• 2+ years focused on first-call resolution.
• Strong employment stability and tenure in previous positions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Banking, lending or financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly while meeting service levels.
• Make outbound calls to borrowers, dealerships, and partners.
• Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and follow up.
• Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and written communication.
• Educate customers and partners on systems, processes and program requirements.
• Troubleshoot account, funding, and transaction issues.
• Maintain documentation and records with accuracy.
