Job summary

Employers Options in Kailua-Kona, HI is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join a growing team. The role requires punctuality and a non-remote setup, with a fixed pay rate of $25/hour and a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00am–4:00pm.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years of related experience and a High School diploma or GED (an Associate's degree is preferred). The job involves board administration tasks, mailouts, and coordinating with accounting and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems).
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to learn and utilize proprietary systems quickly.
• Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written).
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Send email blasts, post notices, and send faxes.
• Create workflows for approvals and accounting processing.
• Obtain and respond to Board emails; register for seminars and process invoices.
• Complete mailouts and use USPS, Certified, FedEx, or UPS.
• Extract monthly financials, prepare versions, and file appropriately.
• Receive and track returned consent forms.
• Assemble the budget from Accounting.
• Track proxies and provide quorum counts; attend meetings.
• Register owners and tally votes; ensure driver’s license and vehicle info.
