Job summary

Atkore International Group Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Eugene, OR.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll process orders, quotes, credits and returns while coordinating with sales and other departments to ensure responsive service. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least two years in a manufacturing or electrical customer service role, and is proficient with Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum two years in manufacturing or electrical customer service environment.
• Computer literacy with Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to manage a variety of concurrent tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders, quotes, credits, returns applications and other requests.
• Communicating directly with customers or sales representatives either by telephone, electronically, or face to face.
• Obtaining and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints promptly.
