Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in ERP/CRM systems preferred.
• Experience with independent manufacturers’ representative agencies and distributors preferred.
• Ability to actively problem solve and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from customers, sales reps or distributors and provide information on orders, tech inquiries, order status and parts availability.
• Assist customers via online web chat system.
• Maintain and update customer files in ERP/CRM systems; data entry and maintenance of customer accounts.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, gathering internal data and communicating solutions to customers.
