Job summary

Modern Pest Services is seeking Service Representatives to provide exceptional service over the phone. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to learn customer service software.
• Proficient in typing a minimum of 35 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large volume of customer communications through calls and emails.
• Answer approximately 75-100 inbound calls per day.
• Use software to research, route and process calls.
• Resolve service problems by clarifying complaints.
• Organize service appointments and renew customer accounts.
