Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC is assisting a family-owned pest control business in finding a Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire role. The position handles client requests by phone and email, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (potential 7:00 AM–4:00 PM), and requires Excel proficiency for reporting.

Client Overview:

Our client, a family-owned pest control business, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. They are growing and looking for someone who can understand and contribute to their mission.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will respond to client requests via phone and email. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential to work from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

• Answer phone and email inquiries from customers to place orders.


• Update and maintain order information within the CRM system.


• Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting.


• Handle outbound sales calls to drive business.

Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:

• 2+ years of customer service or sales support experience is required.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:
