Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–3+ years of automotive quality experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the customer’s main contact for quality requirements and communicates them across the organization.
• Maintains customer quality systems (APQP, change management, warranty, etc.) and ensures alignment with requirements.
• Develops and executes customer quality improvement plans and reports progress to leadership.
