The role supports SEC management and sales initiatives to ensure smooth operation of the Sig Experience Center. You will upsell merchandise, comply with ATF policies, and maintain a professional appearance while engaging with a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• 1+ years of sales/merchandising experience in firearms retail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be comfortable handling and knowledge of firearms.

Responsibilities

• Sell SEC products and services with a positive, professional demeanor.
• Provide product information, resolve customer inquiries and order status.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales area and assist with displays and merchandising.
• Assist with training, inventory, and store operations.
