Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics, or mechanical engineering.
• One year of engineering experience supporting a manufacturing environment.
• No visa sponsorship; relocation not offered; must reside within 75 miles of Fayetteville, NC.
• Preferred: Electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing internship/Co-Op experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with plant and field sales engineers to define new equipment applications.
• Develop complex drawings and BOMs from established product designs with detailed information.
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical interfaces with other products.
• Advise across Design, Manufacturing, and Purchasing for accurate production.
• Manage purchaser onsite visits to approve/release equipment for shipping.
• Manage Manufacturing and Engineering Change Notices.
• Demonstrate advanced computer skills with Bid Manager, AutoCAD, Design Automation, MAPICS.
• Provide technical training guidance and seminars as required.
• Analyze needs and revise Department Policies and Procedures.
