Job summary

RTX is seeking a Facilities – Custodial Supervisor Team Lead 1 for the First Shift at the Tucson site. You will direct custodial staff and contractors, schedule tasks, and conduct quality and safety inspections to ensure clean, safe facilities for site customers and employees.

Qualifications include 2+ years in maintenance and a bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration, plus 1+ year in custodial practices and cleaning chemicals. U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience or related field.
• 1+ year custodial best practices, safety rules, and procedures.
• 1+ year experience with methods, materials, chemicals, disinfectants, and equipment used in cleaning offices and buildings.

Responsibilities

• Direct custodial staff and contracted personnel, scheduling and prioritizing tasks.
• Conduct facility walks, quality control inspections, and safety audits; provide feedback.
• Supervise, hire, train, and review performance of staff; manage timecards and PTO.
