Job summary

Phoenix is seeking a Lead Worker (Custodial) to oversee cleaning operations across offices and facilities. You will assign tasks, supervise a team of custodians, and ensure work meets contract requirements and safety standards.

The role requires at least one year in custodial settings, a high school diploma, and the ability to operate basic computer tools. 40-hour week, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM; background checks and a valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of custodial experience preferred.
• Some lead positions require Word/Excel use and basic computer skills.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning operations and assign work to custodians.
• Perform daily site inspections to ensure contract compliance and safety.
• Monitor and report on maintenance issues and supply needs.
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are secured and properly used.
