Job summary

PRIDE Industries is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to oversee daily custodial operations and outside contracts at multiple facilities. You will supervise staff, manage safety protocols, and coordinate service quality with site contacts.

The role requires strong leadership, familiarity with custodial practices, and the ability to organize several projects while supporting adults with developmental challenges. This is an on-site position at Travis AFB in California.

Qualifications

• Three years of custodial services and/or building maintenance experience with lead responsibilities.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities and/or physical challenges is preferred.
• Knowledge of Cal/OSHA and OSHA safety regulations.
• Strong supervisory and people-management abilities.
• Advanced computer literacy including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate custodial staff and contract vendors.
• Maintain contract compliance and resolve service issues with site POC.
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff performance.
• Schedule tasks and ensure safety, procedures, and guidelines are followed.
• Provide rehab counseling and document vocational objectives as needed.
• Prepare reports, agendas, and presentation materials for meetings.
• Step in for crew leads and handle minor repairs as required.
• Develop and maintain various recurring reports and correspondence.
