Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or inside sales; industrial distribution a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, orders, and returns.
• Source parts and assist in sales generation.
• Provide support to stockroom and delivery activities as needed.
• Ensure timely, professional support to sales team and customers.
