Job summary

The Critical Care Technician (CCT) at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee provides delegated age-appropriate care under the supervision of an RN in the Critical Care Units. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of the Critical Care Tech course or equivalent within 6 months of date of hire.
• Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification or active nursing program enrollment with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide delegated age-appropriate care in Critical Care Units under RN supervision.
• Assist with basic nursing skills, personal care, and restorative services as trained.
• Maintain continuous safety observation as required.
