Summit, part of Elior North America, is seeking an experienced cook for the Sheridan, WY correctional facility kitchen. This onsite, part-time role offers a fast-paced environment and a chance to contribute to high-quality meals for inmates.

You will handle quality and portion control, food prep, creative plating, proper storage, and safe handling per recipes. Must have at least one year of high-volume scratch cooking and strong attention to detail; customer service experience is required.

Formación

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use kitchen equipment and differentiate food items; customer service experience required.
