Job summary

GFI Digital is seeking a Copier Service Technician to perform onsite installation, service, and repair of office equipment. You will travel to customer sites to troubleshoot and replace components while maintaining personal parts inventory and meeting productivity standards.

We provide classroom and on-the-job training, competitive hourly pay, a monthly performance-based bonus, and company-provided vehicle, cellphone, and laptop.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and technical aptitude required.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and a positive attitude.
• Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Precise attention to detail, high level of organization and customer-focused attitude.
• Highly self-motivated, directed, and an ideal team player.
• Experienced with Xerox MFPs.

Responsibilities

• Onsite installation, service and repair of office equipment.
• Travel to and from customer sites to troubleshoot, repair and replace components as necessary.
• Maintain, manage and reconcile personal parts inventory.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards for assigned products.
• Understand and utilize problem escalation procedures.
