Job summary

GFI Digital is seeking a Copier Service Technician in Kansas City to perform on-site installation, service, and repair of office equipment at customer sites. You will travel to client locations to troubleshoot and replace components as needed, while maintaining personal parts inventory and meeting productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and technical aptitude required.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and a positive attitude.
• Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Highly self-motivated, directed, and an ideal team player.
• Experienced with XEROX MFPs.

Responsibilities

• The Service Technician is responsible for the onsite installation, service and repair of a variety of office equipment.
• This position requires traveling to and from customer sites to troubleshoot, repair and replace components as necessary.
• Maintain, manage and reconcile personal parts inventory.
• Meet or exceed appropriate productivity standards relative to assigned products.
• Understand and utilize problem escalation procedures.
